Delivery & Returns
1. Return period
You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal on non-personalised products.
After this 30-day period, we will unfortunately no longer be able to offer a refund or exchange (except in special cases discussed with customer service).
2. Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- to be unworn/unused
- to be in the same condition as upon receipt,
- must be returned in its original packaging (or a clean and protected equivalent),
- For packs/boxes: be complete .
Some items cannot be returned:
- personalized or custom-made products (e.g., personalized pins),
- products that are obviously damaged, incomplete or heavily used by the customer.
3. Customized products
Products made to order especially for you (personalization, specific composition, etc.) are neither returnable nor exchangeable , except:
- proven product defect
- a preparation error on our part,
- damage related to transport.
In these cases, contact us and we will find a solution.
4. Damaged or missing products upon delivery
If your package arrives damaged, broken, missing items, or is incorrect:
- Make an inventory of the products concerned.

Take some photos :
- of the package (exterior + interior),
- damaged/incorrect products,
- the shipping label if possible.

Write to contact@pimpitstore.com and specify:
- your order number ,
- the list of products concerned ,
- a brief description of the problem,
- The photos are attached .
We will process your request quickly to offer you a refund , a credit note or a product replacement , depending on the situation.
5. How to make a return (change of mind, size, etc.)
If you wish to return an eligible item:
Contact us before sending anything to contact@pimpitstore.com indicating:

- your order number ,
- the products you want to return ,
- The reason for the return (optional, but it helps us).
We will inform you of:
- the procedure
- and the return address to use.
6. Return costs & shipping method
- Unless the error is ours (wrong item, defect, missing product), the return shipping costs are your responsibility .
- The initial delivery charges are non-refundable (except in special cases provided for by law or in the event of an error on our part).
We strongly advise you to use a shipping method with a tracking number , because without a tracking number, the package may get lost and we will not be able to accept the claim.
7. Reimbursement
Once your return package has been received and inspected , we will:
- We will send you a confirmation email upon receipt .
- We will let you know if the refund is accepted or refused .
If your request is approved, the refund will be issued to the payment method used when ordering within a reasonable time after validation (the time it takes for your bank or card issuer to process the transaction).
